The Great “What If”
Defiance in Ch-rchianty
What if EVERY word of Scripture is true?
What if there has been NO CHANGE to the belief once rendered to Abraham?
What if our Heavenly Father has a REAL NAME? What if His name MATTERS?
What if the 'Scriptures' referred to in the “New Testament” were really talking about the Torah and the Prophets, not the “New Testament”? What if?
What if Messiah DID NOT 'nail the Torah to the cross'? What if our Savior was the goal of Torah, not the end of it?
What if we have been MISLEAD by the very shepherds that are supposed to lead us?
What if the 'New Testament' was really the RENEWED COVENANT?
What if the name J-sus is only 500 yrs old? What is the name given to Joseph to call our savior? What if using his “given” name makes every bit of sense and all of Scripture then fits together with NO issues at all? What if He really did come in His Father's name? What if?
What if some of the words used in the KJV have the exact opposite meaning today?
What if the TRUTH really could SET YOU FREE?
What if looking at Scriptures thru HEBREW eyes made more sense? What if there were MANY SCHOLARS that now believe that even the New Covenant was mostly written in HEBREW NOT GREEK? What if 1st century historian Josephus indicated that the books written by Paul were originally written in Hebrew?
I am not a scholar by any means. But I have studied the Scriptures at a deeper level than most 'Ch-istians' I know. I no longer call myself a Chr-stian because I simply can not go along with what their leaders say the Word says. Many Chr-stians I know can quote scripture that supports their notion about Grace, but they fail to realize this is a very new doctrine. I believe this doctrine was created my man to allow him to carry on in defiance of the true Word and its true meaning. Our Savior said his yoke was light, he didn't say he took it off.
So lets start at the beginning question posted. What if every word of the Scriptures is true? What if what was said in the beginning is the same in the end? What if what applied to Abraham applies to us today and is applicable to our lives? Here a just a few examples from scripture to verify that this is indeed so.
Malachi 3.6 “For I am Yahweh, I shall not change, and you, O sons of Ya'aqob, shall not come to an end.”
Our Heavenly Father gave His Name to Mosheh because it had been lost after centuries of captivity in Egypt. His Name was removed 6,823 times and replaced with L-RD, the capital letters are actually the code used to let the reader know that is where the substitution has taken place. So everyplace you see L-RD in your Bible, think, this is where His Sacred Name was replaced, reduced, deluded, so that I would call Him something else, replace His Scared Name with something man made up to trick us into calling our Creator by another name that He did not give.
Many of the Chr-stian leaders say that His Name is I am. For one this is not a name, I knew that even as a child. I am is simply the root of His Name, it means 'to breathe, to be'; see Strong's Concordance #1961 of the Hebrew section. They use Exodus 3.13 to say His Name is I am, this is simply an introduction to His Name. If you read further on you will find that His Name is indeed given as Yahweh in verse 3.15 which concludes saying, “This is My Name forever and this is My remembrance to all generations.” This sentence, among many doesn't even make sense if you replace His Name Yahweh with 'the L-RD'. My question is simple, are we included in “all generations”, or is there a time line given that states we are not included? Or is there an end to 'all generations?” If so, has this end come? Since this is His Remembrance should we not use His Name?
To refuse to use His Name and replace it with anything else is simply not acceptable to Him. This is exactly what the Rabbi's had done. They had replaced His Sacred Name with Adoni. There are so, so many Scriptures to refer to but I believe John Ch 17 as a whole, is simple and vital to understanding. Here Yahshua, yes He came in His Father's Name, is praying before going to where they would pick Him up to accuse Him. What He says is so simple and so specific it is truly astounding if you only have ears to hear.
I would encourage anyone who is resisting this information to really pray about receiving it. If we cast aside the traditions of men and open our hearts to His true Word, He really will remove the scales that have blinded us while we were learning to see.
John 17.6 “I have revealed Your Name to the men whom You gave Me out of the world. They were Yours, and You gave them to Me, and they have guarded Your Word.”
John 17.11 “And I am no more in the world, but these are in the world, and I come to You, Set-apart Father, guard them in Your Name which You have given Me, so that they might be one, as We are.”
This is truly another astonishing verse. It says Yahshua is asking the Father to guard them, his apostles, is His Father's Name, that must mean is has great significance. It also says that this is the Name given to Yahshua, because He really did come in His Father's Name. Also, there is another amazing revelation here, at the end of this simple verse. It says, 'so that they might be one, as We are'. This says that His Name is a condition of being one with Him. “SO THAT,” such small words but they carry such impact.
John 17.12 “When I was with them in the world, I was guarding them in Your Name, which you have given Me, and I watched over them, and not one of them perished except the son of destruction, that the Scripture might be filled.
So Messiah was guarding his apostles in Yahweh's Name. Not by some made up name or man made tradition. As He Himself states so many times, He came to do away with the Pharisee's traditions, mainly to reveal Yahweh's Name to His people and to reveal the true Torah and its meaning.
John 17.13 “And now I come to You. And speak these words in the world, so that they have My joy completed in them.
My personal joy truly has been complete in the revelation of His Name.
John 17.26 “And I have made Your Name known to them, and shall make it known, so that the love with which You loved Me might be in them, and I in them.”
Again, what an amazing statement by our Messiah. He not only made His Father's Name known to those following Him, but He also pledges that He will continue to make it known. Why? SO THAT we might receive the love which Messiah received from our Heavenly Father. And in this we receive Messiah as well, the love our our Messiah lies in accepting His true Name, the Name given to Him by His Father thru Gabriel.
A dear friend of mine once said the he wanted to know the name that Messiah was called by his mother. I can assure you it was the true Name given, it was Yahshua, not J-sus, a name made up by men, and only in the past 500 years has this one been used. This new name J-sus does not appear once in the original King James. You simply will not find it there, it did not exist.
I John 2.23 No one denying the Son has the Father. The one confessing the Son has the Father as well.
I have found that every scripture makes total and complete sense at a much deeper level once His Name was revealed to me.
Lets look at perhaps the most memorized verse of all time, John 3.16. Let us look further to John 3.17 and 18.
John 3.17 For Elohim did not send His Son into the world to judge the world, but that the world though Him might be saved.
John 3.18 He who believes in Him is not judged, but he who does not believe is judged already, because he has not believe in the Name of the only brought-forth Son of Elohim.
The Chr-istians teach there children, as I was taught, that John 3.16 is the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth, but that is indeed a lie.
What Name do we believe in? That is really the question here and always has been.
Acts 4.10 let it be known to all of you, and to all the people of Yisra'el, that in the Name of Yahshua Messiah of Natsareth, whom you impaled, whom Elohim raised from the dead, by Him this one stands before you, healthy.
Acts 4.11 “This is 'the stone which was rejected by you builders, which has become the chief cornerstone.”
Acts 4.12 “And there is not deliverance in anyone else, for is no other Name under the heaven given among men by which we need to be saved.”
Lets continue here further on in Acts 4.17-20
“But in order that it spreads no further among the people, let us strongly threaten them, to speak no more to anyone in this Name.” And they called them and commanded them not to speak at all nor to teach in the Name of Yahshua. But Kepha (Peter), and Yohannan, (John) answering them, said, “Whether it is right in the sight of Elohim to listen to you more than to Elohim, you judge. For it is impossible for us not to speak of what we saw and heard.”
Is this not exactly what the Chr-stian leadership tells us now. Not to use His correct Name. They are indeed the Pharisee's of our time.
There are 85 verses in the Renewed Covenant, called the New Testament by the Chr-stians, that the word 'Name' occurs, speaking of the importance of His Name, our Creator and Messiah, who share the Name of Yah, which is the shortened and poetic form of Yahweh.
The facts are the facts, they stand alone and are true. What each of us must decide is whether they are important. Scripture clearly says that His Name is important to Him, our Heavenly Father, the King of Kings, and that is what matters to me.
Even those who want to hold fast to the idea that the Greek somehow holds great meaning would have to wonder why even the Greeks held His Name in such high esteem that they wrote it in gold letters in the Septuagint. Remember, the Septuagint is only a translation of the Hebrew into the Greek. Yes folks, the Hebrew came first.
Should we call Him by any other Name other than that which we were given? We are told time and time again not to change the Scriptures.
Deuteronomy 4.2 “Do not add to the Word which I command you, and do not take away from it, so as to guard the commands of Yahweh your Elohim (Mighty One) which I am commanding you.”
Deuteronomy 12.32 “All the words I am commanding you, guard to do it – do not add to it nor take away from it.”
Jeremiah 26.2 ends with “Do not diminish a word”
Proverbs 3-0.6 Do not add to His Words, Lest He reprove you, and you be found a liar.
Revelation 26.18 and 19 For I witness to everyone hearing the words of the prophecy of
this book: If anyone adds to them, Elohim shall add to him the plagues that are written in this book, and if anyone takes away from the words of the book of this prophecy, Elohim shall take away his part from the Book of Life, and out of the set-apart city, which are written in this Book.
It appears plain enough to me that we are not to change His Word. To address the question posed, Should we change His Name, let us go again directly to Scripture.
Exodus 23.13 “And in all that I have said to you take heed. And make no mention of the name of other mighty ones, let it not be heard from your mouth.”
And of course there is always the Commandment itself:
Exodus 20.7 “You do not bring the Name of Yahweh your Elohim to naught, for Yahweh does not leave unpunished who brings His Name to naught.”
The KJV uses the word vain, what does that mean, according to Strong's #7723 it means 'destructive, ruin, uselessness'. We are not to bring His Name to destruction, to ruin or to uselessness, which is exactly what replacing His Name, Yahweh with L-RD does.
Refusing or denying His Name has serious consequences. As the second half of this verse states, “Yahweh does not leave unpunished who brings His Name to naught.”
While faithfulness and not denying His Sacred Name has its own reward.
Also lets take a look at Revelation, the final book in our Sacred Scriptures.
Rev. 2.3 and you have been bearing up and have endurance, and have labored for My Name's sake and have not become weary.
Rev. 2.13 “ I know your works, and where you dwell, where the throne of Satan is. And you hold fast to My Name, and did not deny the belief in Me, even in the days which Antipas was My trustworthy witness, who as killed near you, where Satan dwells.
Rev. 3.8 “I know your works – see, I have set before you an open door, and no one is able to shut it – that you have little power, yet have guarded My word, and have not denied My Name.
The favored words that Chr-stianity uses are L-rd, G-d, J-sus and Chr-st. All of these words are easily traced back to their roots and each can be identified as a pagan deity. Since we are told in Exodus 23.13 quoted above not to let these be heard from our mouth is it not just more prudent to call Him by the Name He gave us to honor Him with remembrance and esteem Him by the use of His glorious Name.
I have personally looked up every occurrence of the word name in the Scriptures. I have counted 485 verses where it talks about His personal Name. There is only one Name and that is Yahweh. In our Renewed Covenant the Savior says, I come in My Father's Name, what name?
The Name given our Savior is Yahshua, because, “he shall save his people”. Yahshua means Yahweh's Redeemer. There truly is only One Name given, since Yahshua means Yahweh's Redeemer we now understand. The two are One. Now having the Son you have the Father. Now all makes sense.
